Well...I cannot praise this pawnbrokers enough.
I came across by total chance.
I found a pendant on there that I loved and couldn't believe the price compared to window prices in any mainstream high street shop.
So I got in touch as IAM disabled and the whole transaction was carried out by James, personally.
I bought on a Saturday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday morning.
I also got a follow up call from James to check everything was ok.

Went with watch repair, greeted by a very nice gentlemen who had quick check on the watch and told me just need battery replacement. Was seated for about 5 minute, I was reassured that just battery gone flat without any other issue, the watch was polished after the battery replaced which is far go beyond my expectation; further more ,cost is £10 only. Definitely recommend this shop if you need watch/jewellery repair.

Excellent service! Had a last minute crisis with a piece of jewellery of mine and happened to come across this jewellers, as soon as I entered I was greeted amazingly and welcoming. Brad was absolutely amazing he helped me despite the store close to closing time he was willing to run into his time just to fulfil and help me, just goes to show how devoted and dedicated he is. He really saved my day as it was such an important piece of jewellery to me and I needed it sorted ASAP. Not all heroes wear capes haha such a nice man

These guys couldn’t be better. They’re friendly, communicative, scrupulously honest and utterly brilliant at their jobs. They did a couple of really tricky repairs on a very old watch, cutting glass for a very thin watch and fixing a one of a kind super fragile mainspring. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Darren was extremely helpful providing advice about a repair for a chain which I’d purchased online from another company. He was also able to fix a chain which I didn’t think could be repaired. The shop and staff are very welcoming and friendly. I bought a lovely pair of gold earrings while there. Highly recommended.

I called the shop to ask if they can fix my ring and Darren looked after me once I came in. He managed to look at it straight away and sort it out for me. My ring looks back to how it used to look! The service was 10/10 and I will definitely be coming to them in the future if I have any jewellery issues. Thank you again Darren!

Had a great experience here looking for an engagement ring. They had a variety of options, lots of unique pieces which all seemed reasonably priced. They weren't pushy at all, I didn't feel rushed, the guys there just seemed to want to help me find the perfect ring for me. The truly exceptional service came after I made my decision actually - they went above and beyond in looking into the origins and background of the ring, giving me tips and things to consider (I was taking the ring abroad to propose), making sure I got it in time and just generally being really considerate and helpful. Very genuine guys and I'll definitely go back whenever I'm looking for jewellery in the future. I highly recommend for product and experience.

I previously visited this establishment to repair my watch. I returned to have the watch spring bar replaced, and they did an excellent job. I saw that it is a dependable establishment that prioritises integrity over profits. It can be difficult to find such trustable places. I highly recommend it.

I read good reviews for this place, so I took my watches to get new batteries and gold jewelries that I hadn’t worn for many years to see if I could sell them.

A battery for a FENDI watch cost £10. It would have cost £50 as the watch had a special waterproof coating, but I didn’t ask for it. When I last changed the battery, it was at a FENDI shop in Hong Kong and I remember it was expensive as they restored it with original water proof coating after replacing a battery.

I was happy that this shop offered an option to replace a battery without waterproof coating.

The other one was Swatch and it cost £7.50.

Then I asked how much I would get for gold and he weighed each one after inspecting carefully. I was shocked to hear how much it would be.

After I came home, I googled the price of gold and it’s gone up over the years.

He was very helpful.

I’ve bought a number of items of jewellery from Attenborough now and they do good deals, sell nice selection of gold pieces; rings, pendants etc. Helpful people, do gold testing too. They have some nice gold bracelets and necklaces. 9ct and 18ct mostly. Also a few antique pieces. Not many watches. A fair bit of silver. On the whole lots of rings, stones, diamonds, clear, yellow, blue etc. worth a visit if you like collecting pieces. You can pawn items too. You get some good deals on unredeemed items and they polish up old jewellery before selling so some look like new.

Got to be the East End's go to for anything jewellery related. Bradley and Darren always welcoming, very knowledgable and provide great service. Done a great job resizing my wedding ring, ensuring the engravings kept intact and always great for any repair. I know I can take any problem to them, get great advice, perfect results and all for a reasonable price.

Came in yesterday to get some links removed from a watch strap. Service was quick and also very friendly, they took off two links each side first, we tried it on for size and I wanted it a bit more snug so they removed another chain to make sure it was the perfect fit. I mentioned that I was also looking for earring backs for a pair of old earrings I own, but I had lost the backs, and they provided me with earring backs that were perfect. It solved my problem of struggling to find backs that were tight enough, despite the fact that I had been looking for some for a while. Very happy with the service and it was
an affordable price. Highly recommend!
